        Members to make and subscribe the Oath or Affirmation under Article 188 of the Constitution of India.

ALSO

to move that the provisions of Rules 231, 233, 235 and 270 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Haryana Legislative Assembly in-so-far as they relate to the constitution of the :-

i.    Committee on Public Accounts;

ii.   Committee on Estimates;

iii.  Committee on Public Undertakings;

                          and

iv.  Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled  Tribes and Backward Classes;

for the remaining period of the year 2004-2005 in respect of Committee on Estimates and for the year 2005-2006 in respect of all four elected Committees including the Committee on Estimates be suspended.

to move that this House authorizes the Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha, to nominate the Members of the Estimates Committee for the remaining period of the year 2004-2005 and all Members of the aforesaid Committees for the year 2005-2006 keeping in view the proportionate strength of various parties/groups in the House.
