“This House expresses its great concern over the continuous demotion of the cottage industries, particularly traditional industries in the State as the cottage industry is only capable to provide employment to the skilled and unskilled labourer class of the rural areas of the State.”

 “This House expresses its great concern over the declining level of education in the Haryana State. The importance of the education cannot be ignored in the development and raising the living standard of the people of the State mere on the ground of non-availability of essential funds in the Country and the State. Whereas the education should be job-oriented, simultaneously the quality and morality should be the basis of it. It is a matter of public importance.”
