FUNCTIONING OF INCINERATOR AT GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL, KARNAL

SUMITA SINGH, M.L.A. : Will the Health Minister be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the incinerator for destroying the bio medical waste installed in year 1997 in the Government Hospital, Karnal has not been made functional; if so, the reasons thereof togetherwith the status of such incinerators installed in other Government Hospitals?
