a) whether any FIR No. 35 dated 11-2-2007 was registered in P.S Sector 56 Gurgaon U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120B against Atul Goel and others; and
b) if so, the action taken in this case togetherwith the present status of this case?
