*1258. SH. ISHWAR SINGH, M.L.A. : Will the Industrial Training & Vocational Education Minister be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to open a new I.T.I in Radour constituency; if so, the time by which the aforesaid I.T.I is likely to be opened?
