148. Printing and publication of report. - The Secretary shall cause every report of a Select Committee, together with the minutes of dissent, if any, to be printed, and a copy thereof shall be made available for the use of every member of the Assembly. The report with the minutes of dissent, if any, and the Bill as reported by the Select Committee, shall be published in the Gazette.

Note :- If any member is unacquainted with English, the Secretary, if requested by him, with the permission of the Speaker, shall cause the report to be translated into Hindi.
