156. Withdrawal of amendments. - An amendment moved may, by leave of the Assembly, but not otherwise be withdrawn on the request of the member moving it. If an amendment has been proposed to an amendment, the original amendment shall not be withdrawn, until the amendment proposed to it has been disposed of.
