165. Withdrawal and rejection of Bills. - (1) The member who has introduced a Bill may at any stage of the Bill move for leave to withdraw the Bill; and if such leave is granted, no further motion may be made with reference to the Bill.

(2) At any stage of a Bill if a motion is made and rejected by the Assembly, the Bill shall be deemed to have been rejected and it shall not be re-introduced within a period of six months from such date.
