Recognition of Opposition

That group of Members in the Opposition is given recognition as an Opposition Party, the strength of which is at present at least ten enough to constitute a quorum in the House. It has been held that to gain recognition as an Opposition Party, the Members thereof should have a common economic and political programmes both inside and outside the House. The Leader of Opposition is recognized by Speaker.
