A member may, by notice given, at any time before sitting for which his question has been placed on the list, withdraw his question or postpone it to a later day which should be specified in the notice. On such later day the postponed is placed on the list after all questions which have not been postponed. A postponed question can, however, not placed on the list until two clear days have expired from the time when the notice of postponement has been received.
