The Speaker nominates for each financial year a Library Committee consisting of not more than six members, one of whom is appointed by him as the Chairperson, the Committee meets from time to time under the direction of the Chairperson, of the Committee or the Speaker. It advises upon matters connected with the Member’s Library to the Speaker and is responsible for selecting books for the Library.
