career (Brief Summary): Entered in Government Service in March, 1999 as Personal Assistant in Haryana Legislative Assembly and subsequently promoted and served as Private Secretary, Under Secretary and OSD to Hon’ble Speaker and now officiating as Secretary of Haryana Legislature.
In the year 2010, got opportunity to work in Haryana Raj Bhavan as Private Secretary and Under Secretary till 2020. Thereafter, joined back in Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat Services as Under Secretary.
In the year 2022, elevated to the post of OSD to Hon’ble Speaker and presently officiating as Secretary of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
Responsibilities:

During about 25 years of long service as Private Secretary, Under Secretary and OSD to Hon’ble Speaker in Haryana Vidhan Sabha and Haryana Raj Bhavan, discharged various duties, multifaceted functions on all the wings such as Nodal Officer for Court Cases, Human Resources Management System (HRMS), headed Committee on Digitalisation of Haryana Vidhan Sabha Record, Committee to review the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Haryana Vidhan Sabha besides assisting the Hon’ble Speaker in smooth conduct of Business of the House and also associated with various Committees of Legislature (Privileges Committee, Committee on Urban Local Bodies and Panchayati Raj Institutions, Committee on Violation of Protocol Norms and Contemptuous Behavior of Government Officer with Members of Haryana Vidhan Sabha, departmentally related Committee to examine the Budget demands for grants for Financial Year 2022-2023).

Social Activities:

Associated with Indian Red Cross Society as Life Member, especially in charitable works such as organizing Blood Donation Camps, Organ Donation Camps, Women and Child Welfare Activities etc.

Any Other Initiatives:

Instrumental in constituting Haryana Vidhan Sabha Sports Club to promote sports activities amongst the employees enabling them to live stress free and healthy life.

Also promoted extra-curricular activities, sports in association with Haryana Raj Bhavan Sports Club during the posting in Haryana Raj Bhavan from December, 2010 to June 2020.
