Members should, when they come to Chandigarh, for any length of time, intimate their local addresses to the Receipt and Despatch Section of the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat to ensure that the Assembly papers reach them; otherwise such papers would be sent to their permanent addresses and this might mean inconvenience to them.
